Shipping policy

SECTION 19 - WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM

All our products ship from Norfolk, UK. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours, sending out on the next business day, though we may need to extend this at peak times.

SECTION 2 - HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED

We use Royal Mail for shipping. Typically domestic UK orders are delivered within 2-3 business days; European and North American orders within 2-5 business days; and orders to the Rest of the World 3-7 business days. Delivery may take longer at peak times and during holiday seasons. For guaranteed Christmas delivery during the busiest December period please choose the Guaranteed Christmas Delivery option - in December 2023 our cut-off period to guarantee delivery is midday 20th December 2023.

SECTION 3 - WHAT PACKAGING DO YOU USE FOR DELIVERY

We use recycled and recyclable paper padded Jiffy Bag envelopes to ship all orders. Instead of plastic bubble wrap, our envelopes are padded with recycled paper fibres. This ensures your oder is protected during shipping, but also means you can recycle or even compost all the packaging.

SECTION 4 - HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST

We charge a flat rate delivery and packaging fee to most of the world.

- UK: £2, or free for orders over £15
- Europe: £3.85, or free for orders over £30
- North America: £5
- Rest of World: £10
